The Ballroom at the Reserve is a wedding venue located in downtown Neenah, Wisconsin. The ballroom is nestled inside a historic building full of sophistication, which has been renovated to preserve the structure’s rich history that began in 1909.
Our staff is enthusiastic about transforming the ballroom into your dream space and bringing your wedding day to life. This includes an immense dedication to the details and care for your vision.

There are so many wonderful photo opportunities inside this stunning historic building. Another backdrop for your wedding photos is just outside our doors in beautiful downtown Neenah. After the ceremony, while your guests are enjoying cocktail hour, you can sneak away for couples photos. You can find a map of nearby parks here.

One of our favorite parts of the ballroom is being surrounded by large windows on all sides. There is a reason why the Ballroom at the Reserve is a favorite for photographers in the area - all that natural light helps to create those gorgeous wedding photos.

Included with your rental is access to our beautiful Bridal Suite. This room can be made available whenever you’d like to get your day started. We will bring you complimentary champagne to enjoy while you get your hair and make-up done with your family and bridal party.
Your rental rate also includes all table needs, black chairs, and floor-length ivory or black linens. We also have an inventory of table decor, a ceremony arbor, sound and lighting equipment, and more available for you to use free of charge.
